Rob Giltner was born and raised in Louisville, Kentucky. Early in life, he valued all types of relationships and the well-being of people. That value influenced him to pursue a masters degree in the psychotherapy field with an influence in systemic therapy. After graduating from Louisville Seminary, he worked a year in a substance abuse facility working with their intensive outpatient program before moving to private practice. In 2019, he moved practices to The Louisville Mindfulness Center, where his role can be therapist, educator, or coach. He uses these roles to create change, healing or growth. Using evidence-based practices, he uses strategic ways to incorporate the clients strengths along with therapeutic interventions.
