Jeremy Harrell is a U.S. Army Combat Veteran of Iraqi Freedom. He served honorably for nine years and was a Non-Commissioned Officer. After leaving the Army, Jeremy went to school at Mid-Continent University studying Business Management. Jeremy started a career in Operation Management in the Manufacturing and the Supply Chain Logistics Industry. As a man with an entrepreneurial heart, he wanted to do more to support the Veteran community. Two years ago, Jeremy founded a nonprofit called Veteran’s Club Inc in Kentucky. He has assisted over thousands of Veterans in a multitude of ways such as his nationally recognized Equine Therapy Program, Career Transition for Vets, Family Outreach Program, and is currently developing the Camp Restoration Community to house and heal homeless veterans.
In this episode, Tyler and Jeremy’s discussion primarily focused on seeking wise counsel and investing in yourself to become a servant leader. They talked about possessing humility when you need help, finding successful people, not asking anyone to do anything you wouldn’t do yourself, becoming less outcome-driven and Jeremy’s admiration of General George Patton’s leadership style. Jeremy also shared how to build a team and a solution-based process, and how to get every team member on the same mindset.

Whitney Nicely is an expert property investor, speaker, and real estate coach. Before quitting her nine-to-five, Whitney scraped by on $24,000 a year working a desk job and living on her parent’s couch. Now, she owns more than $1.5 million in real estate assets. Whitney Nicely went from no investments to 15 houses, 19 apartment units, and seven chunks of land in less than three years - all bringing monthly money to her bank account on autopilot. Whitney now teaches hundreds of women how they too can use no money down, no credit, and no banks to finance their real estate deals.
The main theme of Tyler and Whitney’s discussion focused on how real estate is all about solving problems. Chris is also an attorney and mediator at Nebraska Legal Group. Chris has practiced family law and he is an experienced litigator.
