Stewart Scovil has worked in real estate for over 18 years. He's the co-founder of Only Epic Holdings, a commercial real estate investment and development company. Prior to that, Stewart was the owner and president of Scovil Real Estate, which focused on construction development and asset management. He's managed and developed multiple commercial and multifamily self storage assets with a value in excess of $250 million. He's also a real estate broker in Kentucky and Indiana.

Tyler visited The Best Ever Conference in Keystone, Colorado, for this special edition live audience recording of Elevate where he talked with Keynote Speaker and NFL Legendary Hall of Famer Andre Reed. Andre played in the NFL for 16 seasons, 15 with the Buffalo Bills (1985–1999) and one with the Washington Redskins (2000). Andre is currently a Boys & Girls Club of America Ambassador.

Prior to real estate, Dan had an extensive background in starting multiple seven-figure businesses from scratch. He is also the founder of the Multifamily Investor Nation where he provides free multifamily education to a nationwide group of over 21,000 members.

He was a senior instructor for CCIM courses for 40 years. At age 45, he went to law school and is now the managing partner of Trowbridge Sidoti LLP. He and his law partner have authored securities offering documents for over $3.8 billion of equity raised since 2014.
